He is responsible maintaining inhouse system and Network related issue.
Daily followup of the STA down station between 6 am to 10 pm for this need to work in 3 shift.
Daily need to check Live steaming station status by calling on given number
need to release advertisement daily
Need to check non reported tab PDC from Vigil keep it clean daily
need to handle software support for all STA
Looking for any graduate or 12th who have knowledge of Computer hardware basic and MSCIT having 6 month experience in IT Hardware.
Key Result Area:
Advertisement should release immediately once SO approve
Down stations need to call immediately and update to respective support person / TL / Manager
Non reported ad should be clear immediately or same day
Station mobile status need to update daily
STA software call should be clear in 4 hours
in house support call should be clear in 8 hours
CTC Offered: 1.5 LPA
