Job Description
Kocourek Subaruis currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our fast paced friendly and fun atmosphere.
Candidates should possess the five important traits that cannot be taught: talent attitude drive energy and character.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests promptly and with a genuine smile
Document guest and vehicle information
Clearly record all vehicle concerns as described by the guest
Determine then recommend required maintenance based on age mileage and history
Prepare a complete and accurate cost estimate
Establish followup schedule
Monitor the vehicle progress of each vehicle progress and provide frequent updates
Reconcile final invoice with the work performed
Clearly explain all completed work and charges
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred 1year minimum servicerelated experience in a servicerelated advisory role
Positive attitude
High volume ability
CSIfocused
