As a Dutch Customer Support Advisor youll help guests from around the world with their inquiries and ensure they have the best stay possible.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain in Mlaga. Youll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. Youll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions resolve issues and provide information about hotel services.
What Youll Do:
- Handle incoming customer calls in Dutch assisting with bookings inquiries and support.
- Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Handle a variety of customer queries from booking confirmations to special requests.
What Were Looking For:
- Dutch: Native or bilingual level
- English: Advanced (minimum C1)
- Ability to work 39 hours/week with alternating weekends
- A valid NIE NAF and a Spanish bank account
