Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager with experience managing crossfunctional and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles and a proven ability to lead projects to successful completion while coordinating efforts across various departments.
What Youll Do
Act as a selfdriven individual contributor taking ownership of projects from conception to completion demonstrating strong initiative and accountability in achieving objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure project objectives are aligned and met.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including defining scope setting milestones and identifying resources.
Monitor and track project progress adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status updates and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate project meetings ensuring effective communication and documentation of decisions and action items.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Foster a collaborative team environment promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

What Youll Bring to Zelis
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field preferred.
35 years experience as Project Manager.
Some experience in managing crossfunctional and strategic projects.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Trello).
PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.

We have offices in Atlanta GA Boston MA Morristown NJ Plano TX St. Louis MO St. Petersburg FL and Hyderabad India.
