Healthy women babies and families


At CooperSurgical(CSI) we are currently looking to recruit a Application sales specialist based in Berlin Germany. This role will support our Leisegang Colposcope portfolio and will have a board responsibility area from customer facing to administrative tasks.

This role will report to the International Business Manager and you will be working closely with the colleagues in Leisegang and CSI international employees.


Location: Berlin region
Travel: 5060 of the time in DACH region

Position


As a Application sales specialist you will be working as part of our Leisegang team to provide expert support on one of the companys most successful product lines Leisegang Colposcope business. Ideally you will have some similar experience in a customerfacing role preferably in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of the Labor and Delivery products would be an asset as CSI sales the following products directly such as Fetal Pillow Bakri Postpartum Ballon Vacuum Assisted Delivery and Cervical Ripening Balloons

The Sales Product Application Coordinator will provide support and be an active part of Leisegang commercial setup to increase (and maintain I would delete maintain) market share of the Colposcope Portfolio in the DACH region. You will also support regional installations in promoting planning (delete remote) installing technical and application support and onsite implementation and training in Privat and governmental clinics/hospitals.

Over time you will be the subject matter expert (SME) on the products. You have strong administrative flair while being technical interested with a strong motivation for customer care. This role will require board experience in handling sales orders and commercial offers managing customer information/ documentation smooth face to face communication while achieving the sales goals.
You have a structured work approach and good experience with technical problemsolving. In this role you should be willing to travel throughout DACH region.

Your key responsibilities


Introduction /presentations/expansion of Colposcopes and Labor&Delivery portfolio in hospitals and private offices in DACH
Identifying new business opportunities
Managing distribution and KOL network and assisting direct teams with customer needs
Installations in hospitals/private offices
Service and maintenance
Generate and processing customer offers and orders and ensuring timely delivery
Preparing and conducting tailormade customer training and support.
Replacement in sales and service department during vacation/illness of key team members
Visiting gynecology workshops fairs congresses in DACH
(Delete remote Remote) Installation training and participation in customer events in DACH.



Qualifications

Degree level or technical / Laboratory / hospital experience.
5 years from similar or complementary role technical or SAMD experience and knowledge.
Good Customer service attitude
Intermediate skill in the use of order management systems Excel Word and Power Point
Good at problem solving working alone and as part of a team.
Good communication skills verbal and written. Good at teaching / training.
Good German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Must be able to carry 40kg is a requirement
Driver license
