The Opportunity
IPC Health have partnered with Western Health and the Royal Childrens Hospital to lead one of three newly established Childrens Health and Wellbeing Locals.
The Brimbank Melton Childrens Health and Wellbeing Local will provide holisitic supports to infants children and families delivering services like psychology and psychiatry allied health family supports and paediatricians. People with lived experience will also form an important part of the Locals workforce. The service will support children aged 011 who are experiencing developmental behavioural or emotional challenges and their families and will focus on early intervention and providing ageappropriate care.
Within this rewarding role as Family Support Practitioner you will be part of a multidisciplinary team to delivery effective collaborative family centred services.
Based at IPC Health Sunshine campus location the Local will move to a purpose facility in Caroline Springs in the future. This position is a Full Time ongoing role and is classified as level 5 under the Social and Community Services award. The pay point will be determined by the successful candidates level of experience.
The position is classified as a Social and Community Services Employee Level 5 under theCommunity Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
