ABOUT THE PROGRAM: THE HUBENFIELD
The Hub is a psychosocial clubhouse model program serving adults with serious mental illness. The Hubs mission is to support people living with mental illness in their recovery journey. The Hub provides a restorative environment for people whose lives have been severely disrupted due to their mental illness and who need the support of others who are in recovery and who believe that mental illness is treatable. The Hub adheres to the belief that every member has the potential to recover from the effects of mental illness in order to lead a personally satisfying life as an integrated member of society. ABOUT THE PROGRAM: SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT (SE)
Supported Employment is an evidencebased model for assisting adults with serious mental illness obtain and maintain competitive employment. SE uses a personcentered approach and works to find employment that matches the clients expressed vocational goal. Employment Specialists provide vocational services in the office via phone and in the community and work to address any barriers to employment. SE emphasizes the importance of providing retention services after a job is obtained in order to address any issues that arise during the course of employment that could jeopardize the job. Employment Specialists develop close relationships with community businesses and employers; and also work closely with the clients overall treatment providers. The mottos of Supported Employment are Employment is everyones business and Work is treatment!
Duties & Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Masters Degree in mental health related field. Bachelors degree may be substituted for education in some programs.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience working with identified population. Two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW LMFT LPC or Licensed Psychologist required in state of CT preferred.

COMPENSATION*:
$65875.00/annually min and up commensurate upon experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off relevant experience as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or signon incentives. (Please note for parttime positions this range would be prorated based on hours worked)
