Major Food Group the powerhouse behindCarbone Sadelles THE GRILL Dirty French and many others ishiring a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team!
The Human Resources Coordinator plays an active role in carrying out the daytoday operations of the Human Resources Department to ensure a consistent highlevel delivery of HR services to allteam members.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative aspects in relation to Human Resources.
- Assist the Huamn Resources Directors as needed.
- Organize and sort all mail for the Human Resources Department.
- Maintain HRIS systems to ensure information is current and accurate
- Respond to various received mail as necessary and when appropriate.
- Respond to all Unemployment Claims.
- Maintain company electronic filing system in UKG
- Audit various HR objectives
- Manage recruitment postings as needed
- Act as a messenger between the restaurants and corporate in relation to HR.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry Human Resources experience preffered.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business or related field preferred
- Previous experience performing new restaurant opening responsibilities such as training and motivating new employees into a highperforming team and implementing new systems policies and procedures strongly preferred
- Proven team player willing to roll up your sleeves a good leader should be willing and able to do whatever he or she asks of their team
- Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty integrity humility and leadership
- Must be based in NY or FL
