Company Our client is a contemporary Japanese restaurant & lounge that offers a sophisticated twist on Japanese style and embodies Japans unique culture and aesthetics. It is known for serving an exceptional standard of modern Japanese cuisine. They are currently looking for a PR & Events Executive to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Build relationships with relevant external partners to create and optimise events opportunities.
Sets up and manages a central comprehensive cost effective creative rolling programme of external events.
Manages the delivery of all external events to meet cost quality and time targets.
Ensures all events support departmental and business objectives are compliant with brand guidelines internal policies agreed standards legislation and regulation.
Puts in place and manages a framework of events suppliers working with colleagues as appropriate.
Suggests SLAs KPIs and metrics for external events and works with the Marketing Operations team to ensure agreed measures are tracked evaluated and acted on.
Keeps up to date with events management best practice and advises how it can be applied to the business.
Provides advice on where external events can add value and challenges when necessary.
Organises the introduction of any agreed new tools and techniques.
Planning and implementing public relations strategies.
Promoting and maintaining the publics perception of our brand through media coverage and sponsorship opportunities.
Measuring the success of public relations activities and campaigns according to set KPIs.
Qualification & Requirements:
Experience in a similar role within the events and hospitality industry.
Experience of building strong client relationships.
Good food knowledge and understanding of current food trends.
Attention to detail.
Commercial awareness.
Effective communication skills.
Detailorientated with strong administration skills.
