Community Medical and Dental Care Inc.is seeking to hire for full/parttime Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our growing team. We are a fastgrowing MultiSpecialty Community Medical Center with an Article 31 Mental Health Department and we are seeking to hire quality behavioral health professionals who strive to enhance the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a variety of mental health disorders including but not limited to:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- PTSD
- Bipolar disorder
- Relationship problems
- Play Therapy
- Marriage Counseling
- any other specialty
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care including psychiatrists nurses and other therapists.
- Provide supervision to Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Oversite of other LMSW and LCSW compliance and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) (LMSW) (LMHC)in New York State
- Experience providing mental health therapy within an Article 31 facility.
- Knowledge in compliance withArticle 31 OMH standards.
- Experience supervising LMSW.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to providing quality mental health care.
- Spanish speaking Required
