Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in staffing to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling IT & NonIT hiring for both domestic and international markets. This role requires a proactive strategic recruiter who can manage the entire hiring lifecycle ensuring topquality talent acquisition for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

• EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• IT & NonIT Hiring: Handle recruitment across diverse industries and roles.
• International & Domestic Hiring: Execute hiring strategies for local and global clients.
• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals social media headhunting and networking for talent acquisition.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage salary discussions offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends hiring challenges and best practices.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate hiring reports and candidate databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA in HR (Mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a staffing background.
Strong experience in IT and NonIT hiring (Domestic & International).
Proven ability to source screen and hire quality candidates within deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of job portals LinkedIn and other hiring tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
