Job Description
Reporting to the Plant Head and working closely with the Marketing Head you will be responsible for leadingProduction and engineering including Production planning new product development Design and R&D and supplier development.
- Product development including.Production Design & R&D
- Extensive experience in Turning Grindingbroaching & Robots/Kobots handling and programming.
- Skilled in Manual CNC programming.
- Vendor development/outsourcing.
- Production planning on the shop floor daily weekly and monthly.
- Exposure in Problem solving techniques such as 7QC tools 5S Pokeyoke kaizen CAPA TPM Six Sigma advance Black belt TQM Inventory Control Cost Reduction activities Productivity improvement O.E.E Lean Manufacturing.
- Having excellent interpersonal Leadership Skills & result resultoriented approach towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.
- New plant shop floor machines layout planning
- Good experience in the selection of Cutting Tools Fixture concepts Technical solutions Design
