Roles and ResponsibilityYour will be responsible for all HR and Admin functions including but not limited to Working with the leadership/ business to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of HR strategy and practices.
Recruitment Working with all recruitment channels including Employment portals referrals social media etc.
Handling of daytoday admin activities
Managing the entire employee lifecycle Onboarding to Exit
Handling HRMS system maintaining employee records. Creating and administrating HR policies Management of the Performance Management and support with payroll and benefits administration
Creating and Implementing Employee Engagement Calendar
