Position Overview

As Service Manager you will oversee all aspects of the service department ensuring efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of service advisors and technicians while working closely with parts and sales departments to optimize workflow and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead develop and mentor a team of technicians advisors and service staff.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service excellence.
  • Monitor and improve department efficiency productivity and profitability.
  • Manage warranty processes work orders and service department financials.
  • Implement best practices for scheduling workflow and technician dispatching.
  • Work closely with the parts department to ensure availability and efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe clean and organized service facility.
  • Utilize KPIs and data analytics to drive department performance.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Service Manager or senior service leadership role in an automotive dealership.
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to develop highperforming teams.
Deep understanding of fixed operations warranty procedures and technician workflow.
Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding service experience.
Ability to manage department financials including profitability labor hours and expenses.
Proficiency in dealership management software and service scheduling tools.
Commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient service culture.
