The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Head of PE to lead our successful and enthusiastic department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the PE curriculum develop competitive and inclusive sports programs and inspire a lifelong love of physical activity in our students. If youre a passionate educator with strong leadership skills capable of motivating students and staff alike we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a vibrant PE department fostering a culture of high expectations and success.
Design and deliver an engaging inclusive and aspirational PE curriculum up to key stage 5.
Inspire students of all abilities to achieve their personal best and develop a love for physical activity.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance teaching practices and drive innovative approaches.
Promote wellbeing resilience and a growth mindset in all students.
