Job Description:
The Head of Finance (m/f/d) will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all finance and accounting operations of the company
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
- Implement and maintain financial policies procedures and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Coordinate and lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow financial performance and financial risk
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and business growth
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively
- Fluency in English & German (written and spoken) Italian nice to have
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry but also any other production industry or the BIG 4
- Familiarity with German accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience in managing crossfunctional teams
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position will be competitive started from 85 k 100 k and will be provided on an annual basis. Additional benefits and details will be communicated to the selected candidate.
