Industry: Hospitality Hotels & Resorts (Weddings & Conferences)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the wedding and conference segment.
Market Research & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients establish partnerships and grow the business in the luxury hospitality sector.
Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners corporate clients event organizers and travel agents.
Team Leadership Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
Travel & Networking Willingness to travel for business development and networking opportunities.
Revenue Management Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in wedding and conference venue hotels is a must.
Strong network & connections in the industry.
Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fastpaced competitive environment.
