Salary:per annum (including bonuses and sleepins)
Number of Sleeps Required: Up to 3 per month
Pay Per Sleep: 80
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Childrens Residential Care qualification Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient individual to lead and inspire our team. As a Team Leader youll not only support young people in their daily lives helping them thrive and build positive futures but also oversee and guide the staff team to ensure the home operates at a high standard. Youll be ready to step up and deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers as needed providing strong leadership and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and young people.
