Volvo of Halifax is seeking a PartTime Receptionist to join our team!
We are searching for an enthusiastic friendly and customerfocused PartTime Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Volvo of Halifax. You will manage appointments answer calls and customer questions. Whether greeting visitors in person or answering calls youll create a welcoming experience that reflects the exceptional service Volvo is known for. If creating memorable customer experiences is what excites you we want you to be the welcoming face of our dealership!
Please note this role requires hours on Fridays 8:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturdays 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Hourly Wage Range: $16.7017.80
Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls always in a professional manner
- Provide information to clients ensuring they are properly greeted and directed
- Posting daily cash bank deposits
- Data entry
- General clerical duties
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and a customerfirst approach
- Enthusiastic communication style and collaborative interpersonal skills
- Hardworking selfmotivated with good time management skills
- Ability to work in a energetic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
