Were looking for a Finance Assistant to join us at our TJX site in Crewe. Supporting finance function you will be providing support for preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports and assist in the monthend accounting process. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and advanced excel skills.
Joining us on a fulltime permanent basis youll be working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between hours of 8am4pm

What youll do on a typical day:
- Assist with the preparation of weekly & monthly financials.
- Support with the month end process including balance sheet reconciliations in a time efficient and consistent manner.
- Liaise with operational teams to confirm labour and costs for both Warehouse and Transport
- Issue of purchases orders receipts & resolution of queries
- Creation of customer invoices
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience working in Finance
- Ability to analyse investigate and problemsolve numerical information
- Ideally in process of gaining Finance qualifications such as AAT
