Description
RPO Recruitment is currently representing a wellestablished chemical manufacturing company in their search for a Maintenance (Mechanical) Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical maintenance technicians.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Carry out handson mechanical maintenance tasks as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations and improve maintenance practices.
Requirements
- BSC Mechanical or Bachelor of Engineer with majors in Mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior mechanical maintenance position preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
- Good problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
