Full Stack Sr Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled FullStack Sr. Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in frontend and backend development and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable highperformance web applications. The Full Stack Sr. Developer will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our projects mentoring development teams and ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable software solutions.

You will:

• Design and implement complex fullstack web applications.
• Lead the architectural design of web applications ensuring scalability performance and security.
• Collaborate with product managers UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop highquality reusable and maintainable code across the entire stack (frontend and backend).
• Oversee the development and maintenance of APIs microservices and database schemas.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends evaluating their potential impact on our projects.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure crossbrowser and crossdevice compatibility for all web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack.

Musthave Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in fullstack development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and frameworks like React Angular or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js Python Ruby Java or. NET.
• Extensive experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) including design and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nicetohave Qualifications:

• Masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience with serverless architectures and functionsasaservice (FaaS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with GraphQL and other advanced API technologies.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and tools.

Salary & Benefits:

Your base salary range and title will be determined based on the location experience qualification skills knowledge level and pay of employees in similar positions.
