About the Role
The Director: Governance Support Services will lead a crossfunctional division overseeing ICT governance portfolio management risk and compliance enterprise architecture and performance reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the organisations strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the prioritisation delivery and benefit realisation of the ICT project portfolio.
- Direct the provision of IT governance risk and compliance activities.
- Manage the ICT Policy Register and ensure policy alignment across the organisation.
- Establish coordinate and maintain the Enterprise Architecture practice.
- Monitor and report on key ICT metrics and performance indicators.
- Manage the divisions human resources budget and expenditure.
- Contribute to ICT strategy as a key member of the leadership team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in ICT with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing governance compliance or portfolio management.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 8.
- Proven experience in all key responsibilities listed above.
- Certifications in at least two major domains related to governance risk or compliance.
- Strong leadership analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
