Our client a fastgrowing USbased SaaS company is on the lookout for a proactive drivenCustomer Support Representative to join their dynamic support team. This is a fully remote role based in Cape Town working Monday to Friday on US hours.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be the first line of contact for clients using the MCO software suite. This role is all about delivering exceptional supportlearning the ins and outs of the product understanding client needs resolving issues efficiently and enhancing the customer journey every step of the way. As part of a tightknit support team the ideal candidate will also be involved in refining internal support processes to continuously raise the bar.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot softwarerelated issues
Log and manage support tickets through resolution
Gain deep knowledge of MCOs software modules and how they apply to client workflows
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the support function
Maintain an exceptional standard of service and communication
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a customerfacing support role (ideally within a software/SaaS environment)
Techsavvy with the ability to learn complex systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A selfstarter who is solutionsfocused and highly organised
Comfortable working remotely and managing US time zone hours
