Job Description
HOD: Business Intelligence.
As the HOD: Business Intelligence you will be responsible for the below:
- Excellent leadership skills
- Organisational and planning skills being able to prioritise workload
- Data analysis
- Datastory telling
- Presentation creation
- Power BI proficient
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Ability to use initiative; a selfstarter
- High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate negotiate and influence across the organisation and externally
- Experience in reporting data extraction data mining data modelling and predictive modelling essential
- Exposure within the medical scheme administration environment would be an added advantage
What Do You Need:
- Professional qualification/Honours Degree (in Statistics Actuarial SQL or Data Science)
- Demonstrated ability to interact with business customers gather requirements and deliver complete scalable and sustainable BI solutions
- 5 years experience within a similiar field
