Job Description
Your tasks
Manage and lead Aeydes Operations team across both B2B and D2C businesses ensuring the team is onboarded supported and managed to cover entire order flow
Inbounds: Responsible for D2C & B2B inbound processing including system uploads communicating inbound to 3PL teams and processing of bookins in coordination with the warehouse
Outbounds: Responsible for coordinating with B2B clients for specific shipping instructions preparing shipping documents & labels accordingly submitting to customs office uploading on client portals and managing shipouts with the warehouse/3PL
Ownership of B2B claims process such as escalation resolution and factory claims with Production Manager
Manage and support the D2C ops team on shipping returns & refunds and customer care processes working closely with warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure capacity management (esp during sale seasons)
Ensure bestinclass convenience and customer service experience along shipping and delivery options VAS and easy returns
Settingup owning reporting and improving SOPs SLAs and KPIs for both B2B and D2C businesses with internal teams as well as with third parties
Support the management in streamlining all operations processes and customer service by leveraging a datadriven approach and innovative technologies
Be commercially driven to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs over time
Establish and manage senior relationships with all internal and external stakeholders through monthly checkins quarterly reviews and site visits
Your profile
5 years of experience in the areas Supply Chain Management Sales Administration Operations Logistics or B2B Customer Service
Academic degree and/or professional training in operations supply chain management or related business degree
Demonstrated ability to manage processes based on KPIs and handson
Strong proficiency in G Suite and/or MS Office applications
Prior work experience in B2B Operations is a strong plus
Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems is a strong plus
Excellent organization leadership and time management skills
Excellent project management skills
Flexible and handson mentality ability to multitask
Startup mindset with a cando attitude
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) German is a plus
