Job Description
- Play a key role in supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the School of Human Sciences.
- Lead a small team delivering high-quality administrative support services.
- Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Commencing salary: $104243 plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides academic administration and technical support to UWAs schools supporting Heads of School academic staff and research students. The School Operations team delivers general and academic support services contributing to the Universitys strategic goals through continuous improvement and best practice.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate the operations of a School supporting strategic initiatives and service delivery.
- Provide high-level support to the Head of School and School Executive.
- Supervise a small team and foster a culture of client-focused service excellence.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a senior administrative role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Proven experience in providing academic support within a higher education setting and a strong understanding of school operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to supervise staff and support their development.
