Job Description
A prestigious boutique law firm in Rockville MD is seeking an experiencedEstate Tax Law Attorney to join our team. This position offers a partnership track for exceptional candidates.
Position Overview
- We are looking for a skilled attorney to develop and implement sophisticated estate tax planning strategies guide clients through probate processes and provide expert legal advice on complex estate and tax issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement estate tax planning strategies
- Guide clients through probate and estate administration
- Provide legal advice on complex estate and tax issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with attorneys accountants and financial planners
Qualifications
- Active Maryland Bar license (DC VA & FL Bar licenses okay)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estate tax law or related fields
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
