Job Description

Were looking for a Head of Commercial Growth to take our revenue strategy to the next level. This is a big role with big ambitions: youll be responsible for driving new revenue streams building highvalue partnerships and launching products that fuel our growth. Youll need to be commercially sharp targetdriven and have the ability to turn ideas into tangible revenuegenerating outcomes.

What youll be doing

  • Owning revenue growth Youll develop and execute a commercial strategy that maximizes revenue from partnerships new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Building powerful partnerships Youll identify pitch and negotiate deals with thirdparty service providers that add value for landlords and tenants while generating revenue.
  • Developing new products Youll spot market opportunities work with Tech & Operations to bring new services to life and ensure they are commercially viable.
  • Driving strategic Youll turn plans into action ensuring that partnerships and products are integrated smoothly and deliver real impact.
  • Collaborating across teams Youll work closely with Marketing Sales and Customer Success to align on strategy messaging and .
  • Making datadriven decisions Youll track performance metrics optimise agreements and ensure were always moving in the right direction.

  • A commercial leader Youve got significantexperience in business development revenue growth or partnerships.
  • A dealmaker You know how to negotiate and close highvalue deals that benefit all parties.
  • A productminded strategist Youve got experience identifying market gaps and turning them into successful revenuegenerating products.
  • A resultsdriven operator You thrive on hitting (and exceeding) revenue targets.
  • A relationship builder You can manage highlevel stakeholders internally and externally.
  • A fintech proptech or real estate pro Experience in these industries is a bonus but if you have strong commercial instincts and a track record of growing revenue we want to hear from you.
