Job Description

Take ownership of customer experience and operational excellence in this pivotal virtual assistant role. As the primary point of contact for our premium clientele you ll manage all aspects of customer communication and scheduling for our mobile detailing services. This position offers the perfect blend of customer service administrative expertise and business operations where your impact will be directly visible in company growth and customer satisfaction. You ll work independently while being part of a dynamic team that values professionalism and excellence in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition by providing rapid professional responses to all website inquiries and service requests
  • Manage endtoend booking process for mobile detailing services across multiple locations
  • Craft and send customized service proposals to prospective clients
  • Handle incoming customer calls with a focus on converting inquiries into bookings
  • Coordinate daily service schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed customer records and service histories
  • Serve as the primary liaison between service team and customers
  • Ensure smooth communication flow and followup throughout the service process

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service virtual assistance or related administrative role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Professional home office setup with reliable highspeed internet connection
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with business communication tools and scheduling systems
  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
  • Previous experience in automotive or service industry preferred but not required
