Job Description
We re on the lookout for a Network Technician who can keep critical communication channels strong and steady. From troubleshooting PC and phone networks to configuring routers switches and WiFi your expertise will be at the heart of smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot network issues for PCs phones and devices.
- Assist with SDWAN WiFi and network configurations.
- Monitor communication links and escalate major issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
- Maintain network security by following best practices.
- Communicate with contractors and support teams effectively.
- Stay flexible for shiftbased schedules and extra hours when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in ICT or related field.
- 8 10 years of handson experience in network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ICT standards and ability to document technical work.
- Valid driving license in Qatar.
- CCNA / CCNP certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
