BIS Safety Software is a fastpaced highgrowth organization providing leading software for the safety industry. We are expanding our team and seeking a fulltime creative UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team.
About this role
Were on the lookout for a junior UI/UX/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! This role offers a unique blend of UI/UX design with a sprinkle of marketing. If youre passionate about creating captivating user experiences and eager to make your mark in a collaborative environment this opportunity is for you!
This is an inperson role based out of our Sherwood Park AB office.

Heres What Youll Be Doing:
- Actively participate in the creation of wireframes mockups and prototypes bringing UX/UI design concepts to life.
- Translate design concepts into functional prototypes
- Work collaboratively with a large team of software developers to ensure accurate design providing guidance throughout the development process.
- Maintain design cohesion and consistency across our platform ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Support marketing and branding efforts by creating design assets as needed.
- Seek feedback from senior designers and actively participate in design critiques and discussions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Optimize designs for performance accessibility and scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or education in UI/UX Graphic Design with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Strong knowledge of Figma
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) would be considered a bonus.
$50000 $55000 a year
Salary ranges are based on experience reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
