Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Liquid Logic Technical Support/Trainer on a 5month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 279.29 367.58 per Day

Summary:

The Liquid Logic Technical Support/Trainer will be responsible for providing highquality technical support and enduser training for the Liquid Logic case management systems used within Childrens Social Care (CSC). The role ensures staff are proficient in system usage support queries are resolved in a timely manner and technical configurations support business processes efficiently. The postholder will contribute to ongoing projects and change initiatives enhancing digital capabilities across social care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Liquid Logic systems within CSC troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain and update system configurations workflows and templates in accordance with service requirements.
  • Support the delivery of oneoff events and change initiatives involving system upgrades module rollouts and data migrations.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and project teams to test new functionality ensuring fitforpurpose outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between CSC users and technical teams to ensure effective communication of system updates and support issues.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting and/or training users on Liquid Logic (LAS LCS or EHM).
  • Strong IT literacy particularly in managing user support for webbased systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering system training and documentation.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and information governance in the context of CSC.

  • This role requires an Basic DBS
