Position: Shift Leader
Type: FullTime/PartTime

What Youll Do:
As a Shift Leader at NAYA you will supervise daily operations during your shift ensuring that staff are performing efficiently customer service standards are met and all food quality guidelines are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision: Oversee crew members ensuring they perform tasks efficiently and follow company standards.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service resolve any customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory during shifts ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
Training & Development: Assist in training new employees ensuring they are prepared for their roles.
Shift Operations: Manage operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures cash handling and ensuring the stores cleanliness.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A passion for customer service and team development.
