Summary:
RPO Recruitments client are currently seeking a Hire Controller to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring equipment excellent customer service skills strong organizational abilities and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and bookings for equipment hire
- Managing stock levels and coordinating deliveries and collections
- Maintaining accurate records of all equipment hires and transactions
- Resolving any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Providing support to the operations team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in equipment hire or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a customerfocused approach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Valid drivers license
