What does your day to day look like
- Provide exceptional support to Sales Managers ensuring high client satisfaction and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Maintain expertise in radio interactive integration sampling event management live experiences and experiential marketing.
- Attend external client meetings manage client relationships and ensure client needs are met across your agency patch.
- Oversee Sales Coordinators administrative work execute sold campaigns and activate internal resources for promotion implementation.
- Be accountable for your set KPIs as a sales professional whilst strategically managing and maintaining your sales targets
- Oversee creation of commercials promotional credits live reads online elements sponsorships major station partnerships and other integration solutions as required
- Ensure commercials promotion schedule online is booked and delivered as promised
- Manage internal processes monitor campaign progress and ensure commercials schedules and online elements are delivered as promised.
- Support new team members provide postcampaign reporting and fulfill other duties as assigned by the Group Sales Manager.
What youll need:
- 2 4 years demonstrated experience in customer service in media sales
- 1 2 years radio online interactive implementation experience (desirable)
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated sales drive and success in delivering exceptional client outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of Radio advisor VT Panorama Rateminder Link (desirable)
