Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed banquet bookings
- Handle walk-in and telephonic customer queries professionally
- Prepare proposals quotations and contracts for clients
- Conduct client meetings property visits and event planning discussions
- Collaborate with the operations team for smooth execution of events
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in banquet/catering/hospitality sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
- Presentable confident and persuasive
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluency in Tamil and English
Banquet sales, catering/event sales, client handling, lead conversion, communication, negotiation, customer service, hospitality knowledge, target achievement, and event coordination.
