Job Description
- Will be responsible to handle P2P (Procure to Pay) Software
- Will be responsible for PO creation and Payment processing in P2P
- Will be responsible to handle Project related repairs & maintenance Capex AMC manpower IFM & utility PO and payment processing
- Will be responsible of keeping track of payments on daily basis
- Will be responsible of creating new vendor registration and updating existing vendor details in P2P
- Will be responsible of preparing daily basis payment & outstanding report
- Will be responsible of preparing monthly Provision
- Will be responsible of preparing MIS reports
- Should ensure that vendors scheduled activities are lined up as per the periodicity and same are completed on time
