The University of Southern Maine (USM) is seeking a fulltime Human Resources Office Assistant CL2 (Conf) to support USM Campus Human Resources Services. This is an excellent opportunity for an applicant who is interested in further developing their administrative data and project skills and abilities in a highproduction multifaceted HR organization. The HR Office Assistant is a key member of the HR team. The ideal candidate values the critical role of office and project administration in a highfunctioning team.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule: This is a fulltime 40 hour per week onsite position located on the USM Portland campus.The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting wage for this position is $20.28 an hour (nonnegotiable) or the appropriate transfer rate for ACSUM/COLT unit members within the University of Maine System.
