Job brief:
Are you ready to unleash your sales potential and earn uncapped commission We are looking for a resultsdriven B2C (business to consumer) sales administrator to join our inbound sales team to actively monetize a high volume of inbound web leads and qualified orders for our connectivity products and services.
You must be comfortable handling dozens of leads per day qualifying prospects and closing sales via phone email and messaging. You must be able to understand the customers requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Ultimately you will help build certainty throughout the sales and order process and build on our companys reputation for offering outstanding service.
Responsibilities include:
- Learn the products and services offered
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Handling high volumes of phone calls mails and messaging from customers
- Ensure high lead/order conversion rates through building pipeline inbound lead follow up and closing deals
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Build strong client relationships through regular proactive communication
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients queries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Update internal CRM database supplier databases with account and service information
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales customer service or similar environment
- Matric qualification
- Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
- Fast learner and passion for sales & customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work independently
- Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM
- This is primarily an office based position but a practical work from home workspace will be required should you be requested to work remote
- High Speed Internet Connection At Home (Including BackUp connection) and UPS.
