Job Description

PartnerStaffingis currently working with our client seeking a highly motivatedand experiencedOffice Managerto join theirleadership team.

Location: Calgary Alberta Canada

Role Overview: As an Office Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting sales and marketing efforts. This position offers a great opportunity for advancement for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations including administrative tasks and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate sales activities and support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage customer service operations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Maintain financial records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience 3 years) as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of the stone industry or similar field is a plus.
