Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementation operation and support of classified and unclassified mobile communication networks.
- Oversee the engineering integration and optimization of voice and data communication systems ensuring reliability and security.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets for wireless mobility initiatives ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
- Provide technical leadership in the design configuration and maintenance of voice and data networks ensuring optimal performance and compliance with security protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate multiple task teams supporting mobile communication networks ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders ensuring project objectives align with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government and industry standards related to classified and unclassified voice/data communication systems.
- Lead the identification troubleshooting and resolution of network and voice system issues optimizing performance and security.
- Manage financial planning staffing procurement and resource distribution to support communication infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation reports and briefings on system performance security and operational improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- Eight years of experience in information technology including:
- Three years of management or supervisory experience
- Three years of specialized experience in wireless mobility or voice/data communications engineering
- Certifications:
- CompTIA Security
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Clearance:
- Must possess a Secret clearance
