Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install conduit cabling and devices that make up the Building Automation System
- Work closely with Lead Installers and other team members to ensure that installations meet safety standards and client specifications
- Pay attention to detail and adhere to timelines
- Deliver highquality construction services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Understand construction practices and follow safety protocols diligently
- Use tools and equipment effectively requiring both technical skills and a commitment to safety. Attention to detail is critical as installers must ensure that all materials are installed correctly and meet quality standards
- Interpret Climatecs and others drawings to productively install controls and/or special building system installations.
- Support installation personnel on project sites.
- Assist as required troubleshooting efforts during either the static or dynamic start up or commissioning of building controls and special systems.
- Assist in preparing of Asbuilt drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- Provide uptodate Asbuilt information as required including locations for sensors panels database code etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma.
- 01 years experience with Building Automation Systems or Any years of Commercial Electrical installations experience.
- An understanding of basic computer operation.
- An understanding of the construction industry including safety electrical codes etc.
- Clear and concise ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- An ability to understand empathetically the issues and perceptions others have and to creatively and successfully work through these issues to achieve a successful outcome and customer and employee satisfaction.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Have a valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years experience with Building Automation Systems or 2 years of Commercial Electrical installations experience.
- A clear ability to work with electrical equipment such as volt meters amp meters etc.
- The ability to troubleshoot basic electric circuitry including reading and interpreting electrical control and special system diagrams.
- A working understanding of low and high voltage AC circuitry including transformers fuses breakers multiphase power etc.

Essential Job Functions:
- Be able to lift and carry ladders drawings personal computers material etc.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites.
- Be able to climb several flights of stairs or ladders throughout a typical day on a construction site.
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record which per Climatecs vehicle policy allows the individual to drive on company business.
- Be physically able to kneel stoop and crawl.
