Job Description
NewGen will offer a handsome base salary aggressive commissions and a share in the profitability of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities/Attributes:
- Must Reside in the Washington DC Metro Area
- 5 years BD/Sales experience inFederal/DoD/IntelSpace
- Formalize our sales organization define our sales approach select prospecting tools create marketing strategies identify industry events to attend and build a team.
- Thorough understanding of Federal Government contracting
- Effectively build manage and continually develop a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Participate in sales positioning and strategy discussions with company leadership.
- Facilitate prospective customers understanding of NewGen capabilities and help identify solution offerings that will meet their needs.
- Lead pricing and positioning strategies for new and existing clients.
