Description
This position will be responsible for the development of new signal processing capabilities (Demodulation and Decode) for our ELF HF Collection systems.
Clearance
A current TopSecret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
ExperienceFourteen 14 years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

Description

Experience
Required skills:
- Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e. Security)
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) systems with understanding of analog to digital dataflow and conversion processes
- Hardware procurement process
- Preliminary system design with capability to explain system design to stakeholders
- Prior experience with requesting IPs be added to System Security Plans
- Experience with creating and updating engineering and RF antenna drawings and network diagrams
- Capable of creating dataflow diagrams documenting the network connections required for system functionality
- Experience with Confluence/Jira used for communication and documentation
