At Retensa you will be at the forefront of Management Consulting CloudBased Technology Predictive Analytics and Organizational Development Initiatives. Your efforts will help up to 1 billion employees in 1 million companies worldwide. You will gain realworld experience leveraging your knowledge as part of our Talent Management Team; engaging in strategic crossfunctional activities such as Organizational Assessments Survey Design Delivery and Validation Training Development HR Metric Analytics Recruiting Team Building HR Trend Analysis and/or HRIS Management. Our structured program offers clientfacing projects to strengthen your leadership and teambuilding skills. This is a stipend internship for approximately 14 weeks. This is not a filing and copying internship.
Qualifications: This is a challenging internship for highly motivated masters/Ph.D candidates in a related field (Organizational Behavior Business Human Resources Industrial/Organizational Psychology). The ideal candidate will be hardworking enthusiastic and resourceful; with good project management skills wellversed in juggling multiple projects in a fastpaced environment. Applicants must have one direct experience in Organizational Development HR or a related field; hold a 3.0 GPA and be proficient in operating Microsoft Office. Competitive candidates will be selfdirective and teamoriented leveraging strong interpersonal skills to deliver quality work in one of our career tracks:
Time/Compensation: 2432 Hours per week 34 Days per week(parttime). A stipend of $500$1000 will be provided upon completion of the internship.
Location: Remote. RetensaHQ is in New York NY.
