Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Regional Head of Managed Enterprise Business you will use your experience in the QSR/F&B industry and negotiation skills to enhance partnerships with large multinational merchants. Your leadership will drive regional growth that positively influences local markets. You are prepared to lead a team in achieving business plans and creating measurable impact across our strategic regional partners. You will work onsite at Grab Singapores office located at OneNorth.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will spearhead strategic and commercial partnerships with large regional merchant partners.
- You will lead a team of Regional Commercial Managers through fullcycle business planning and focusing on achieving sales outcomes across eight local markets.
- You will foster sustainable growth by collaborating with your team to identify and nurture new strategic regional accounts.
- You will collaborate with the Regional Head to set priorities and goals for all strategic accounts.
- You will develop vital business relationships internally and externally to fulfil joint business plan goals.
- You will be accountable for overseeing business plan progress and integrating team efforts with company strategy.
- You will manage initiatives by working with Ops Product and Marketing teams to shape strategies with key business opportunities.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 12 years of relevant experience in dealing with a major brand(s) with proven experience negotiating contract terms and implementing collaborations in the QSR/F&B industry ensuring value for partnerships.
- Strong partnership development and leadership experience relevant for managing partnerships with major brands.
- Ability to adapt strategic thinking into actionable plans and negotiations benefiting Grabs business strategies.
- Capabilities in building trust through interpersonal and consultative selling skills necessary for crossfunctional coordination to execute deals.
- Experience in SE Asian markets providing insight into regional business dynamics and cultural considerations.
- Skill in crafting influential presentations that effectively communicate partnership strategies and objectives.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and navigate ambiguity in unstructured environments crucial for responding to evolving business needs.
