Job Description
DevKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee the manufacturing process of PreEngineered Buildings (PEB) to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely of projects.
- Implement best manufacturing practices to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with the design procurement and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations in the production unit.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
- Prepare production reports and maintain records for management review.
