Job Description
Role Summary
The role of the Open Fertility General Manager is critical to the growth and performance of Spring Fertilitys innovative new care offering. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and will be a dyad partner to the Open Fertility Medical Director.
Open Fertility is a new care delivery model that increases access and affordability for fertility services and leverages a strong team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Doctors (MDs) and Embryologists.
Some daytoday responsibilities include:
Leading the strategic planning and operational of the service line
Launching and overseeing Open Fertility sites
Managing ongoing performance to achieve operational financial growth and patient experience targets in partnership with clinical leadership
Create set and meet financial and volume budgets
Hire train and mentor local leadership
Partnering with senior leadership on the evaluation and of new growth opportunities
Supervising site leaders to build strong engaged and high performing teams
Developing effective and efficient infrastructure for scale including leveraging and adapting core Spring tools to fit Opens needs
Ensuring that lights on doors open daily logistics are seamless and standard
Ensuring Open Fertility follows all regulatory and compliance requirements
Managing vendors and audit preparedness where applicable
Addressing patient escalations experience improvements
Education and Skills
- Bachelors degree MBA preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in healthcare operations preferably fertility
Employment Type
This is a fulltime exempt hybrid position.This role requires 50 travel across the US.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $200000 $300000 annually. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set depth of experience certifications and/or degrees.
