We are seeking acompassionate and detailoriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Healthteam. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homesensuring highquality individualized care that promotes comfort dignity andhealing. This position involves close collaboration with patients familiesphysicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implementcare plans tailored to each patients needs. The purpose of this position is to participate in nursingcare by planning coordinating providing and evaluating care for clients intheir homes including administering medications doing treatments assessingclients communicating with physicians and families directing direct carestaff for the clients wellbeing.
Work Environment &Physical Requirements:
- Requires frequent travel to patient homes and clinical sites.
- Must be able to lift push pull and transport medical equipment and supplies as needed up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends as required for patient care needs.
- Able to work in a team setting and independentlyas well.
- Must be comfortable working with diverse patient populations including those with chronic illnesses or disabilities.
- Graduate from an accredited professional schoolof nursing.
- A valid and current RN License in good standingfrom the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
